Delivery, warranties and returnsPlease allow up to 5 days for UK delivery. Upto 14 days for European or International deliveries.
Standard Delivery: Orders placed on 'Standard Delivery' will usually be dispatched within 24hrs assuming the item is in stock.
We will endeavour to dispatch orders received by 3.30pm the same day for next day delivery (weekends incur extra charge). If we cannot make delivery within the time scale stated you will be notified immediately by phone or email to arrange another time for delivery, or, if you would prefer, to cancel you order. Small out of stock items may be placed on back order and will be despatched as soon as items become available again from stock.
When delivery is made - shortages/damages must be notified within 14 days of receipt of goods. After this time it will be assumed that you have received all items (except those noted as being 'to follow' or 'on back order') in good order.
Urgent delivery: If you require goods urgently, it is best to call us to confirm items are in stock and are able to be dispatched and delivered within the required timescales. We will always do our best to meet these delivery requirements but offer no guarantees once the goods have been passed to the chosen delivery method supplier.
Under the rules of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, unwanted item may be returned for refund or credit within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise stated in its website description, items such as 'digital content' computer software cannot be refunded.
CHRISTMAS PRESENT RETURNS
We understand that buying the right Christmas present can be a gamble, therefore all equipment bought from Monday 27th November 2017 until 5pm on Friday 22nd December 2017 will be eligible to be returned for refund or credit within 14 days of Christmas Day (5pm on Monday 8th January 2018). The usual 'fit for resale' conditions detailed below will apply.
If you are unhappy with an item please let us know by email or telephone before posting anything back to us so that we may advise the best course of action for you. We will only accept goods returned to us that are in perfect condition and "fit for re-sale" This means that the original product retail packaging should be intact and in good condition and the goods themselves should be returned in perfect condition, as initially recieved by you the consumer.
Colour Idea Limited T/A Wild View Cameras will not refund postage costs for non-fault returns. We reserve the right of discretion to charge up to 25% handling fee for re-stock, re-packaging and administrative costs where there has been neglect. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All Colour Idea Limited T/A Wild View Cameras manufactured products carry a minimum of one years warranty. Colour Idea Limited T/A Wild View Cameras also acts as a retailer for other branded products and as such warranties are governed by those manufacturers as stated in their product descriptions, these can vary from one to two years. Should you need to claim on a warranty please contact Colour Idea Limited T/A Wild View Cameras or consult the manufacturer's handbook for procedures. This may involve you returning the product at your expense direct to the manufacturer or UK representative for inspection, repair or replacement.
Your Statutory rights are not affected by these guarantees.
Delivery is shown at checkout and is priced according to value of the item. Royal Mail 1st/2nd class standard postage is used for items under £20 in value and are covered under Royal Mail's standard insurance.
Items over £20 value and up to £200 value are sent by Royal Mail 1st/2nd class class 'Signed For' or courier and are insurance covered for at least the cost value of the goods.
Items over £200 are sent by Royal Mail 'Special Delivery or courier and are insurance covered for at least the cost value of the goods.
Postage discounts are not available other than on bulk purchases or by prior arrangement.
