These cameras are sometimes used by hunters but for those of us who'd rather watch than shoot, the compact size, 5 ½ x 3 ½ x 2 ½ inches make it perfect for observing the wildlife we share our gardens with after dark. With its 'Time Lapse' setting, it also can be used to observe natural events like flowering. In addition, it can serve as a motion-triggered security camera for home, office, or community surveillance.

The 940nm No Glow LED model gives ample night-time illumination from it's powerful LED array. This camera does not give off any visible light whilst recording. For that reason it is fine for use in situations where there may be 'human' passers-by.

Good points:
Excellent day time photo and vids.
Night time also reasonable but a smallish hot spot of light. I turned the brightness down and that improved the shots.
Easy to set up and lots of options for vid time , gaps etc, same with photos.
Good battery life.
Bad points:
A little vulnerable on the mounting plate, clip is small and flimsy but it does say use a padlock.
Tricky to get the back off, in case broke clip/clip bracket.
