These cameras are sometimes used by hunters but for those of us who'd rather watch than shoot, the compact size, 5 ½ x 3 ½ x 2 ½ inches make it perfect for observing the wildlife we share our gardens with after dark. With its 'Time Lapse' setting, it also can be used to observe natural events like flowering. In addition, it can serve as a motion-triggered security camera for home, office, or community surveillance.

The 940nm No Glow LED model gives ample night-time illumination from it's powerful LED array. This camera does not give off any visible light whilst recording. For that reason it is fine for use in situations where there may be 'human' passers-by.

Good points:
Bought as a Christmas present for my Dad who absolutely loves this trail cam. Fairly easy to set up for a beginner. The photo’s & video quality is great. I recommend this product for a beginner.
Bad points:
Will have to buy an additional bracket as I want to sometimes set it up on a tree branch angled at 45 degrees which the strap in the box won’t allow you to easily do.<br />

Opening and shutting the cover to access the on/off/menu switch and the power supply lead, especially when fixed to a tripod which needs to be removed.
